How We Design Your Plan
After discussing your objectives, we determine the appropriate type
of plan for your company, we draft the documents, prepare the adoption
agreement and trust forms, and obtain IRS approval. (All subject to
approval by your legal advisor.)
We design new plans ("start ups") or redesign and transfer existing
plans ("takeovers").
How We Administer Your Plan
Once the plan has been adopted, we perform all of the ongoing
administrative services, the we add, delete, or modify provisions as
objectives or demographics change.
In short, we provide the complete package of administrative services,
including amendments, operational compliance, and preparation of all
required government reports.
